What can I say......WOW!I

I'm so happy after finishing my first cycle! I started this 8 week challenge weighing at 83kg/183lbs & 1.83m/6ft with 15% body fat. I have not seen any changes to my body in a while which I was using random products to help me out with. One day a good friend of mine told me to try yor health products, so I was curious and wanted to try it out but It was very difficult for me to jump on board and maintain the consistency because I had 2 jobs and also studying in university which took about 70-80 hours of my time in a week. So after few weeks since my friend recommended me about yor health I decided to take 1 of the jobs out to give time for myself to invest in my body.

The way I took these products through the day was that in the morning I would take 1 capsule of probiotics ultra and 1 capsule of repair ultra and then I would drink super greens on an empty stomach (morning before breakfast). During lunch I would take 1 capsule of digest ultra with 240 ml of water. 1 hour before gym which I usually go at evening, I take 1 yor berry blast with 250 ml of water. And after gym I would then blend in 3 scoops of yor shake with 1 banana and put around 350 ml of non-fat lactose free milk. And finally before I go to bed I take 1 capsule of repair ultra.

Workout Routine:
Monday - Chest and Cardio
Tuesday - Back and Cardio
Wednesday - Shoulders and Abs (morning)
Wednesday - Mix Martial Arts (1 hour night session)
Thursday - Arms (biceps, triceps & forearms)
Friday - Legs and Abs
Saturday - Rest Day
Sunday - Rest Day

After the first 4 days I started to feel the difference compared to before. I was more energetic, less sore for next day of work and gym session. The products did help my body recover fast and help me maintain the body and stamina that I wanted. And it also helped improve my sleeping as well, sleeping without any trouble and waking up without any pains from my workouts. Yor health has turned my life around!

I now weigh at 81kg/178lbs with 12% body fat, my goal is to get to 8% body fat at 80kg/176lbs and now I can't wait to go for my second cycle to help me achieve it!
