I started this challenge to give myself something to work towards, I was tired and sluggish even though I always have had a passion for fitness.
I would start my morning taking a Yor probiotic and ultra muscles with A berry blast and fibre, I would also have my daily greens, for breaky I was eating an egg white with spinach and herbs scrambled without milk and a Yor health proton smoothy.
I take my enzymes with my 2 main meals and a Yor health protein shake for afternoon tea to keep me full.
I unfortunately have had a lot happen personally in the last 8 weeks so my exercise has been cut right back, but I still managed a few days a week where Inwould attend Mauy Thai lessons on 2 days, gym atleast 1 day and running of a morning before I started my day.
I started out at 59.8kg with a goal weight of 57kg, I wanted to time and feel overall healthy and alive, Yor health products have done this for me.
I have more energy even though life has been crazy, I don't feel bloated anymore and start my day without feeling like I haven't slept for weeks (even though sleep has been a distant friend a lot lately)
I am now 58.0 kg
I have lost a total of 19.5cm
I have lost 4cm off my waist and 3cm off my thighs, 5.5cm off my stomach and 4.5cm of my bottom, I have a long way to go but I am well on my way there.
And I feel better then ever! I would recommend Yor health product to everyone who want to improve their health and their life..
I am thankful to my sister for introducing me to the new healthier me, I have always been healthy, but today I feel fantastic!
