This is was my first challenge and I completed it not only for myself but for my family! I went to gym 5 days a week 5am-7am doing weights and core work, didn't do any HIIT sessions at all this challenge my weight kept fluctuating between 80kg and 83kg I finished on 83kg.
I took the products irregularly due to laziness and not making it a habit yet which I really need to work on doing. I did not achieve the results I intended on reaching but I gained muscle and lost some body fat which I am still happy about and going to achieve greater results next time because I will defiantly going to be doing another 8 week challenge in the very near future and achieve the goals I really want to!
