What a journey these 8 weeks have been. I started out at 197lbs at the beginning of my challenge. With determination and the help of Yor Health's products I reached my goal of losing 10 pounds in the 4th week the challenge, reaching a final weight of 187lbs. I go to the gym 4 days a week running 1-2 miles and weightlifting. The products I used the most were Complete Burn and Yor Repair, taking two Complete Burn before starting my workout, one Yor Repair before I went to sleep and another when I woke up. The Complete Burn really gave me an extra boost with my whole work out, it helped greatly. The Yor Repair healed my muscles quicker than normal and made my body feel awesome. This challenge had a substantial impact on my life. I needed to drop my weight to 191 lbs or less to join the Navy, and I reached my weight goal half way through the challenge and enlisted!
