Hello! I am Elizabeth Escobedo I'm 23 Years old and I'm so happy cuz finally i finished my challlenge and y love the results, ï'm so grateful with Yor Health and Yor best body challenge 8 week, thnks to this program i could change my bad eating habits, i've been in the challenge in past ocassions but steadly, and in this challenge i decided to be constant and finish it !
My régime was simple! :
Moorning after wake up 1 repair cap and 1 probiotic ultra
1 hour later my Yor Shake with supergreens and berry blast
Half moorning fruits and water
Afternoon to have lunch : 15minutes before meal 1 digestive enzymes 2 essential vitamins and 2 yorshape and i used to eat healthy food, tunny, célere salads , chicken etc.
At night my Yor Shake with supergreens i love it ! ??
It was really simple !
I hope to get better results in my next challenge !
