Well, what an interesting eight weeks!
Started the challenge at 101.9kg, feeling pretty average about my body image and as if I couldn't really do anything about it. I am now about 95kg, and although I'm still not entirely happy with how I look, I definitely feel better, and have found the motivation I've needed to keep pushing myself.

Can't say I would've done as well in the last eight weeks if it weren't for these products.. The combination of the Repair Ultra and YOR Shake pretty much meant I could train as much as I wanted. I've been kickboxing for nearly 4 years now, and even after the killer workouts our coach puts us through I could still walk into the gym and bust out a decent weights session. I usually suffer from DOMS really badly, but not once in the last 8 weeks have I copped it.
There were some weeks that I trained 6 days, and I work shift work so working 2 days then 2 nights can make that pretty difficult!

The berry blast definitely made work a lot more bearable, 12 hour shifts absolutely destroy your energy levels but as soon as I started taking it I felt much more switched on and ready to go.

My favourite definitely would have to be the super greens though.. For someone like me, who doesn't necessarily hate veggies but just can't be bothered with them, they're were a life saver. I couldn't actually imagine having the Shake without the greens. It wouldn't feel right!
