Estoy decidida a conseguir el cuerpo que siempre he deseado.
Creo que desde entré a Yor Health, me volví una apasionada de la salud. Amo los productos. Y mi familia, por supuesto, crecerá con ellos.
La razón por la que hice este reto es porque quiero impactar la vida de más personas, empezando con mi novia, la persona que siempre me inspira a seguir , la que cree en mí más que yo ...y mi cómplice en todo. También a mis amigos, Amy, Ángel, deiv, Kari, majo, lupi, que tanto quiero.
Lo que hice en este reto fue:
Tomar mi yor muscle energy antes de mi rutina de 30 minutos diaria.
Terminando me tomaba mi yor Shake para recuperarme y alimentar mis músculos.
El yor Shape me ayudó a marcar. Tomaba 3 yor Shape antes de empezar mi rutina de ejercicio.
Ocasionalmente tomaba el supergreens y el yor fiber plus.
Prácticamente mi peso no varió. Y estoy contenta por eso. Porque con los productos de yor , conservas tus músculos al mismo tiempo que reduces la grasa en tu cuerpo. Eso es magnífico.
Estoy comprometida con mis siguientes retos porque voy a ganar el campeonato yor best body en las Vegas 2016.
