Empecé mi reto pesando ¡80 kilos! Despues de 8 semanas llegué a 72 kilos y me siento muy contenta porque no fue nada dificil.
En la mañana tomaba un probiotico y un reparador seguido del yorshake una hora despues con vitaminas. Para la comida tomaba un digestivo, dos capsulas de shape y vitaminas mas una comida balanceada y para la cena algo ligero o bien yor shake y vitaminas; a media mañana super green y a media tarde berry blast. Mucha agua en el dia y listo.
