Mi nombre es Myriam Garza.
Tengo 42 años de edad. Este es mi Primer RETO . Al Iniciar pesaba 73.900 kg. y al Final 68 kg. en Total Baje 5,900 kg. Mi experiencia dentro del RETO estuvo lleno de cosas Positivas . Dentro de lo Positivo seria que todo fue muy facil, no se me complicó el seguir el programa de tomar Todos los productos; a parte que la MRP (Malteda) esta deliciosa. Y me empece a sentir menos pesada, mal ligerita; mi ropa me empezó a quedar más holgada y mi cuerpo fue tomando mejor forma y con ello mi autoestima subió. También logré cambiar mi forma de alimentarme, todo más Saludable. Nunca me senti con hambre.
todo lo bueno tiene un sacrificio. Y continuaré cuidando mi sana alimentación y de la mano del ejercicio. Gracias a las personas que me iniciaron en está gran experiencia. En el gran RETO.
