I have done it! After suffering glandular fever and soon after chronic fatigue by the time i was 21, i started to lose the weight i was comfortable with aswell as losing major amounts of energy.

Since this started i never felt like i was working at full capacity.

1 month before i began my 8 week challenge i started concentrating on my needs and started the yorhealth range to help me get back on top, i used the greens and berry blast to get my clarity and energy back. The shakes as in between meals to try put on weight and the digest and pro biotics to help aid my digestive system.

Plain and simple way of putting it... It al worked wonders. :)

Having already jumped from mid 40kgs to 50kgs just by using the products to help me nourish myself i started bootcamp and eleite classes.

Now 8 weeks later my last weight is 55.6 kgs

So incredibly happy with what i have achieved and cant wait to go again for another 8 weeks and sculpt. :)

P.s, the shorts i wore in my before photos are now too small for me. :D
