Inicie el desafio el pasado mes de abril al detectar que mi peso ya estaba en el rango de la obesidad, con un peso de 86 kg, debido a esta situacion y saber los problemas que conlleva me decidi a poner un alto, a pesar de ser una persona que con cierta frecuencia realizaba ejercicio no me era facil bajar de peso, sin embargo un dia no esperado llego una persona aofrecerme unos productos para control de peso y una mejor calida de vida , por lo que decidi probar, cual fue mi sorpresa que empece a bajar de mediada, de un perimetro abdominal de 104cm lo logre bajar a 96cm, 8cm magnificoa para una mejor figura, lo cual me estimula dia a dia a continuar con ejercicio diario (trote 30-40 min), el uso de el MRP de chocolate, y mi Capsula de Repair al inicio del dia, con estos cambios en mi peso y mi estructura fisica me hacen sentirme mejor y con mayor seguridad, por lo que estoy convencido de los beneficios de estos productos y seguire con este nuevo estilo de vidad que me a traido muchos beneficios. mi peso inicial fue de 86 kg y a la fecha peso 80 kg.
