Antes de comenzar el Reto tenía un peso de 95Kg con niveles de colesterol y triglicéridos altos y después de 2 meses me siento estupendo con un peso 81Kg.

Comencé tomando un YOR Probiotics ultra y un YOR Repair Ultra al despertar, como desayuno YOR SuperGreens, en la hora del almuerzo YOR Shake, en la comida una comida normal con YOr Digest Ultra en el segundo bocado, en la cena otro platillo y antes de dormir una capsula de YOR Repair Ultra.
