My husband and I started this challenge together after hearing great things about the products. I recently had my 2nd child 3 months ago and despite staying very healthy during my pregnancy I still had some extra kgs to shed.
I started at 82.6kg and have managed to lose 6kg. Before my pregnancy I always struggled to get below 78kg despite eating clean and training often. I have now broken that barrier 3months after having a baby and have noticed a dramatic difference in my muscle also.
I used the Yorshakes, Berry blast, Digest Ultra, Super Slim and Supergreens. I used each product according to guidelines and exercised at least 5x per week.
