Before the challenge I set a goal weight of 93kgs, and now at the end of my challenge I now weigh 90.8kgs. With a starting weight of 102.6kgs that is a total of 11.8kgs lost. I haven't been this weight in nearly 10 years. I feel better and more confident in myself and I feel better in the clothes I wear.

Throughout the challenge I take the shakes, berry blast, super green, super slim and the digest ultra. I take these daily and exercise 5 days a week. Eating and exercising correctly with the products I found I wasn't feeling bloated after every meal, I was actually full.

The impact that the challenge has made is definitely life changing, and I plan on continuing with the products. I can't thank YOR Health enough, and I plan on completing another challenge soon.
