Este año fue de aprendizaje, deje de enfocarme en mi alimentacion y actividad física, puedo llamarle apatía para ser sincera. Sin embargo el estar conectada a la comunidad del Yorbestbody me jala para retomar mi salud... Me inscribí no muy emocionada sin embargo lanzaron la nueva línea de BARE Oils y comemce a utilizar Jengibre y Toronja en ayunas en agua tibia, mi cuerpo comenzó a llenarse de energía , alegría, entusiasmo que me caracteriza, a desintoxicase y comencé a quemar la Grasa de mi área problemática que es la cintura, entonces a medio reto me emocione y comencé dos días a la semana a hacer Streching Pilates y dos días a trotar, después del entrenamiento tome Yor Shake de Vainilla junto con una alimentación Balanceada.
Me siento muy contenta y estoy lista para el siguiente reto, la comunidad de Yor siempre me anima a no rendirme y estoy muy muy agradecida con toda la gente que siempre me echa porras!!!
