Hey guys my names Armand this is my 2nd challenge that I've completed the first one was a hit & miss although I had an outstanding outcome in the end loosing a total of 12.5kg's there was a fair bit of trial and error keeping a balanced diet that suited me best I did fluctuate a little but ended up at 93.5kg from 106kgs so i was very happy to see such change, my 2nd cycle was much more of a success in terms of toning / shaping up I started this one at 94.9 & finished at 90.9kg so close to my goal weight of 90kg but feeling alot stronger and in much better shape
So a total of 4kgs this time around combined weight loss is 15.1kg
I couldn't be any happier!!!.
My days would start off with x2 repairs a fibre / SUPERGREENS & berry blast shake then for breakfest id have my YOR MRP including some fruit, always had a decent lunch followed by 2 vitamins & a ultra digest, a snack before dinner I had 1 vitamin and another ultra digest and finally with dinner another vitamin and ultra digest, & 2 repairs and probiotics just before bed.
I trained mainly 3-4times a week for an hour including some interval training / cardio work! The products once again have amazed me an given me some of the best results I'v ever had and most importantly kept the weight off!! They are very powerful and certainly very affective! I will continue to keep doing these challenges until I get a place in the top 3 as a winner as my body is under construction and have alot more fine tuning to be done! Thanks again =)
