Growing up I never had a problem with weight. I was always on the lighter side although I was always bigger than my sisters. But I did have a problem with my digestion therefore always had a bigger tummy than normal.
After having 2 kids I started gaining weight gradually. It wasn't until I had my third son that I noticed I was gaining a lot of weight and my stomach still looked like I was 4-5 months pregnant and that's how old the baby was. Then came the 4th baby and I gained even more weight. I was so depressed I couldn't shop for clothes for myself. I thought I looked huge in everything and my old clothes wouldn't fit anymore. I felt ugly and fat being around my sisters since they are so thin and beautiful.I was going through a rough time with my weight I was depressed and I though oh well I guess this is how it is after having 4 kids and getting older. I was introduced to Yor Health about four years ago. I have always loved the product especially the Probiotics that have made a tremendous impact on my degestive health but I was not consistent with the product. I never made time to take anything. Exercise was a no no because with 4 kids who has time to exercise.
I have been at 155 lbs for the past year wich I'm not happy about but I never really did anything about it until I heard of the 8 week challenge from Yor Health. "Hey who doesn't like a challenge." I felt very motivated. I started my challenge and I enrolled in a 1hr exercise class at 5am when all my kiddos where still asleep. After my class I come home and have my Mrp mixed with SuperGreens and Fiber (Delicious). I take 2 vitamins and 1 complete burn can't live without my burn. The exercise and the products gave me so much energy its crazy. I have lost 7lbs I went from 155lbs to 147lbs but I'm definitely not stopping there. It is very exciting to see that number go down. I have also lost inches my clothes is starting to fit better and people are starting to notice the change. I feel very exited, happy, blessed, and definitely healthier thanks to Yor Health products.
