When I started the challenge I weigh 140 and after the 8 weeks challenge, 130. I thought to myself that how can I lose weight when barely see any results, but I let my body and the products do its job. I managed my food portions, do moderate exercises, and take the YorHealth products everyday. I've never feel this amazing in a long time. I feel great about myself, inside and out. I feel light weighted and not heavy anymore, my metabolism tends to be more smoother than before, and I don't crave for so much junk food anymore.
