Hola, amigos de reto de 8 semanas, antes de iniciar el reto me sentía un poco inflamada, se me caía el cabello, me sentía mareada y estaba muy poco marcada mis músculos no estaban tan fuertes tan pronto al consumir los productos de Yorhealth me sentí con cambios radicales, los primeros días me empecé a desinflamar, dejé de marearme y el cabello dejo prácticamente de caerse, empecé a tener más energía y como instructora de Spinning empecé a sentir cambios rápido en mis músculos, se empezaron a fortalecer y la textura de la piel se me empezó a ver mas hidratada y a sentirse más suavecita, estoy muy agradecida con la persona que me invitó ya que en el momento justo le puede dar a mi cuerpo los nutrientes que le hacían falta; dándome como resultado el sentirme sana Integralmente, baje de peso tres kilos aunque mi meta no fue esa si no definir, marcar ; me siento muy contenta por lograr mi objetivo y tener resultados diferentes.
