This years 8 week challenge was a little different for me than most. I decided I needed to do one when I hit an all time, record weight of 98kgs - 11 days after competing in a state level natural bodybuilding show. I ballooned out, couldn't control the binge eating, fine dining and desert isle. I committed to my goal to drop 8 kgs of body fat over the 8 week challenge whilst still enjoying my lifestyle, restaurant outings and satisfaction of my sweet tooth ;)
I am pleased to say I finished my 8 week challenge with relative ease, no stressful chicken and lettuce diets or un-sustainable 3 times a day workout sessions, 7 days a week. I would train once a day in the weights room and partake the off casual walk with friends. I lost 7 kgs of Bodyfat whilst keeping my size and strength in the gym, a lot of which I attribute to the YOR Repair Ultra, YOR Supergreens, Berry blast, enzymes and now the YOR Aminohydrate - a brilliant new product that I've been lucky enough to have tried :) Its difficult pin pointing which product is my favorite as I find they all work so well together in assuring the overall function of the human body, regardless of what your goals are, age, gender or experience.
