Hi everyone!
I'm so happy with the results even though this is not my first or second one I've competed I have to say that this was the best one with the best results I've ever got.
I didn't kill myself at the gym, I ran or walk 3miles three to five days in the week. I didn't starved with those hard diets, I had my 5 meals of the day. I didn't stop eating my favorite food, like tacos, cakes. What I did was taking the products religiously and had good habits like eat as healthy as I could, drink water, sleep well and exercise.
Starting my day with YOR probiotics Ultra. Having a YOR Shake with YOR Fiber Plus for breakfast. My YOR SuperGreens as snack twice a day to make sure I was giving my body what it needed. Had YOR Super Slim (YOR Shape) half hour before breakfast, lunch and dinner. YOR Digest Ultra with my meals and after that I had my YOR Vitamins. Sometimes when running I had a delicious YOR Berry Blast. Also most of the days I had 1 or 2 capsules of Complete Burn. And before bedtime never forget my YOR Repair Ultra. I have to thank YOR Health products, the best in the world, because without them I wouldn't get this sexy body with a great skin.
I have to say that in my 34 years old I've never been this fit and I've never feel this good before.
