Hola a todos ,hoy termino mi ciclo de reto y quiero compartirles que me siento genial despues de alcanzar la meta que me puse ,ya que me encuentro con mucha mas energia y vitalidad.
La verdad es que fue muy sencillo solo segui el siguiente regimen: Al despertar muy temprano por las mañanas tome probioticos y repair,aproximadamente una hora despues el sumplemento estrella de Yor health, la yor shake acompañada con fibra,a media mañana alguna fruta como manzana o una pera, cuarenta y cinco minutos antes de la comida dos capsulas de yor shape ,despues con el primer bocado de la comida una capsula de digest ultra ,ya en la tarde nuevamente una fruta,luego de salir de mi trabajo trotaba entre veinicinco a treinta minutos o hacia algunos ejercicios para cardio, y en la noche antes de dormir otra vez la yor shake con fibra,ademas durante el dia tomaba agua suficiente
Espero que le pueda servir a alguien esta experiencia que yo estoy viviendo,aunque aun no estoy en mi peso ideal,creo que me encuentro en la plataforma correcta donde puedo lograrlo....tomar los productos Yor Health ha cambiado mi vida
