So my starting weight was 95.3kg and 8 weeks later I was 7.3kgs lighter (88kg). I was aiming at 10+kg but 7.3 I think is a pretty good effort.
I started this challenge to feel better within my looks and my Heath, I feel I've become so much more fitter and heather.
Starting my morning nearly every morning was 2 repair ultra and 1 probiotics, followed by beery blast, supergreens and 2 scoops of yor shake.
Before I had my lunch I would take 1 digest ultra.
Before work out Berry blast, supergreens 2 scoops of yor shake.
Before tea 1 digest ultra.
I tried to go for a 3km run 3 to 4 nights a week and try to do some work outs at home when I had the time, I only went to the gym 3 times.
I think the product worked really well and we'll be definitely using them later in the future.
