First and foremost, I want to thank YOR Health for changing my life! I've tried many different ways to lose weight and have failed countless times. In the past, I would think my food habits and exercise regime wasn't all that bad. No matter what I tried, I was still stuck at my same weight.

My schedule is very hectic, and I'm a busy mother of a teenager. In my free time I found myself snacking on anything I had on hand at my office desk, or quickly driving through a fast food restaurant. By the time I'd get home in the evening, I would be too tired to cook myself a meal. Exercising would be almost out of the question since I was always so tired.

After discovering Yor Health, and seeing people from all over the world with great results, I decided to give it a try. What a difference it has made in my daily life! Within a week, I felt myself gaining more energy when I woke up in the mornings, and by the time I got home after work, I would walk a few miles on my treadmill. Eventually I went from walking, to light jogging, and that was one of my goals! This 8-week challenge boosted me into a much healthier lifestyle and made me feel really good about myself. I'm more confident in how I carry myself, and love the way my clothes fit me. I began to notice my steps getting lighter, and energy levels were strong.
