Que tal buen día a toda la comunidad, quiero compartir mi excelente experiencia con yorhealth y el reto de 8 semanas.
Iniciamos con un paquete básico con enzimas y muchísima motivación ya que desde que recuerdo soy una persona con sobre peso, la verdad es que desde la primer semana sentí el gran cambio que estos productos trajeron a mi vida.
Por la mañana tomaba mi MRP 2 cucharadas en 500 ml de agua como un desayuno, en la comida tomaba mis enzimas digestivas después del primer bocado, note los resultados en la digestión casi de inmediato.
Debido a mi gran exceso de peso mis rutinas de ejercicios eran moderadas ya que el esfuerzo mas mínimo me quitaba el aliento así que una caminata de 15 a 20 minutos eran suficientes.
