Talofa my fellow YOR family and friends!

My name is Paula Maiu'u and I am 41 years old. This is my second 8 week challenge and I chose to participate in a 2nd cycle to challenge myself to maintain or better the amazing change I had achieved with my first 8 week challenge. In my first challenge I went from 67.4kgs to 62.5kgs and my aim in this challenge was not to lose weight but to lose body fat, I was 24% body weight when I started this challenge but now I am 21% body fat. I went from 62.5kgs to 60.5kgs. This is the first time in my adult life that I am in such an amazing condition and great health and especially after having 6 children! The compliments I receive from people on how good I look is quite embarrassing at times but very flattering because the confidence I have gained in being able to wear any attire where my body compliments the outfit (not the
other way around) and the added bonus of being physically fit and strong which makes you feel invincible! Not only do I look fantastic but I literally feel 10 years younger! (Definitely in better shape than 10 years ago lol).

Before I had started the first challenge I was not necessarily fat nor did I not exercise but I felt unhealthy, flat, lethargic, grumpy, short-tempered, moody and typically wasn't a pleasant person to be around but this was due to a combination of things, living an extremely busy life with working full-time and part-time jobs, running my husbands home-based business and managing our 6 children that there just seemed to be not enough hours in a day to get everything done and my stress levels would be off the chart at times so I had to find a way to maintain a balanced lifestyle in terms of exercise and healthy diet and since becoming involved with YOR Health in the past 4 months, I have been able to achieve this through my YOR Health supplements "Enzymes" which is required to absorb the nutrition I was missing from the good and bad foods I was eating.

So, how did I achieve my amazing results?
- First thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, I religiously had a YOR Probiotics Ultra and 2 x YOR Repair Ultra
- Breakfast would be with my YOR Digest Ultra and 2 x YOR Essential Vitamin
- Lunch would be with my YOR Fiber Plus and YOR Essential Vitamin
- Afternoon tea would always be my YOR Supergreens
- 30-45mins before training I would have my YOR Berry Blast.
- After training I would have a YOR Amino Hydrate
- For dinner I have a YOR Shake - Vanilla (combined with fruit ie.Bananas, Berries or Mango) and YOR Essential Vitamin

Training consisted of Monday - Crossfit, Tuesday - 5.5km run, Wednesday - Boxfit, Thursday - Indoor netball and a run, Friday - Touch rugby or crossfit, Saturday - 5.5km run and Sunday was rest day.

Due to my stringent training regime the benefits I received from my YOR Health supplements surpassed my expectations from the YOR Repair Ultra which eliminated any aches or pains in my muscles and aided my quick recovery for my next days training, to the YOR Digest Ultra which has made me regular because I have always had constipation issues, the YOR Berry Blast for a sustained energy boost without the nasty crash I use to get from market energy drinks. I honestly believe the YOR Berry Blast was my edge against the other people I train with! And last, but not least, my favourite, the YOR Supergreens, this always brings my mind and body back to balance where I could concentrate and focus better. I honestly cannot see myself living without my YOR Health products and I'm forever grateful that I was introduced to it because my life has improved immensely for it.
