Inicie mi segundo reto pesando 73 y despues de las 8 semanas peso 69 kg...
Los productos que tome estas semanas fueron el berryblast,yorshake,muscle energy, yorshape y ultradigest.. Siempre xargo mi pastillero para tomarme mis productos a la hora que es para aprovechar todos sus beneficios.
Mi rutina de ejercicios esta basada en el termo slim ya que los ejercicios los puedo realizar en cualquier parte y este ultimo mes que sali de viaje fue facil seguir la rutina.
