Hola soy maria jesus Segovia y estoy super contenta por finalizar mi segundo ciclo, llevo 9 kilos menos :D La verdad eh notado los cambios muy rápido ahora la ropa que tenia me queda grande, baje en tallas y eso hace que me vea y me sienta muy bien, contenta por que la gente nota el cambio y me preguntan que hago jeje a pesar de que este mes no ayuda mucho me eh cuidado y sigo la línea, por las mañanas mi Mrp, a medio día mi colación con super greens,media hora antes del almuerzo tomo mi shape y acompaño mi comida con las enzimas digestivas, por el trabajo que tengo no me ah dado mucho tiempo de salir a caminar pero aun asi tomando la línea estoy logrando mis metas de salud. De igual manera en las noches me tomó mi mrp con fibra. Y antes de dormir mis probioticos y reparador.
Voy por mi 3er ciclo y a seguir aplicando hasta lograr mi meta final. :D
