Hola Comunidad Yor Health, en este término de reto mi resultado final fue de bajar 1 kilo, en un principio solo estaba con Yor Shake complementado con Yor super greens junto con la linea digestiva al a cual amo por siempre pues me hace digerir de manera más fácil mi digestión de los alimentos, con Yor fiber plus, Yor probiotics ultra y Yor Digest Ultra, me siento super genial, han hecho diferncia en mi abdomen, para mi es más fácil todo consumiendo esta linea, a medio reto decidí empezar a realizar actividad física caminando solamente, mi resultado no fue el esperado, porque mi meta era bajar 5 kilos, ya que mis salidas a caminar no eran frecuentes,... no me siento mal, porque en mi siguiente reto tendré el resultado esperado. Lo digo porque ahora despues de este segundo reto me he sentido en un balance ideal. Gracias al reto es que la gente me pregunta que porque tengo tanta energía y empieza a preguntarnos en la familia como es que se unen al reto, mi meta siguiente será bajar 4 kilos y empezar a realizar mas actividad física para bajar el porcentaje de grasa corporal .
