Hello I'm Scott and I have just completed my 2nd 8 week challenge.
After taking 3 months off work and travelling around Europe, I returned to Australia feeling very unfit, un motivated and tired. Not to mention the extra layer I had put on.
Since previously completing an 8 week challenge at the beginning of the year, I knew starting another one would guarantee to give me the motivation, drive and results I was wanting so signed up the first day I got back!!
I began using the products and got back into the gym, training mainly weights and high intensity exercises 5 times per week.
My product regime was as follows:
Wake up: Super greens and Fibre drink
Breakfast Shake: 2 scoop Yor shake, egg whites, oats, banana or berries in blender.
Morning tea: Chicken or fish and rice + 1 digest ultra, 2 Yor essential vitamins
Lunch: Chicken or fish and Veges + 2 essential vitamin.
Pre workout: Berry blast mixed with 2 scoop Yor Shake.
Post Workout Yor Shake 3 scoops, 2 essential vitamin + 2 Repair ultra.
Dinner: chicken or beef and vegetables, 1 Digest ultra
Bed time: 1 Yor probiotics ultra.
I began noticing changes in my Energy, performance and look in the first week of getting back in the products. This gave me even more drive to push hard and finish the challenge to the best of my ability.
I was weighing 71kg with 13.5% body fat when I started he challenge. I finished on 73kg With 8.8% body fat which I am really happy with.
