Hi I'm Cam

I started my 8 week challenge because I was the heaviest I had ever been and have been a Moto cross rider all my life and it was effecting my riding.

Working shift work of 4 days and then 4 nights made a consistent diet difficult. But this all changed since using the Yor health products.

Upon waking I would use the super greens mixed with berry blast. This would give me a lot of Energy for the day/night.

My main meals I would eat we're lunch and dinner where I would take 1 Digest ultra with each meal.

For breakfast and snack meals in between I would use the Yor MRP protein which was delicious and filling.

Before bed each night or morning I would take the probiotic which really helped with bloating and elimination.

For exercise I was doing mainly cardio, skipping and walking and adding in some push ups and weights sometimes.

When I started the challenge I was 116kg (255.7 pound) I am now an Incredible 103 kg (227 pound!) a total loss of 13kg or 28.7 pound!

My clothes are looser, people have been commenting on how I look and I'm feeling a lot lighter. My over all goal is to get down to closer to 90kg and with these products I am confident I can achieve that.
