Hi my name is ALFAIZ DEAN and I'm 30 years old. I started out as a morbidly obese man suffering from type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, poor circulation, chronic back and neck pain as well as spinel and lower back injury due to a MVA in 2012.

My starting weight was 161kgs in cycle 1-4 and now I weigh 138kgs. I want to be 105kgs at least by the end of cycle 5.

I won 2nd in my first 8 week challenge and that was great then I got comfortable again and started to binge eat again and went through some family loss went into depression and the only way I could deal with it was the comfort of FOOD. I'm now back on track READY to do it all over again and PROVE to myself if I done it once I can do it again.


NOW I WEAR 3 XL- it is a great change. I have never seen or taken anything that comes close to the YOR HEALTH products and believe me when I say I tried it all in the past.

I'm hoping to fit at least an XL by the end of cycle 5 we will just have to wait and see. This is not temporary but a life time change.
