On January 1, 2013 I found myself larger than I have ever been: jeans didn’t fit, shirts felt uncomfortable and the one thing I hated on other girls that I vowed to never allow myself to have, I had. I had the “muffin top.” I felt really unhappy with myself. I have been on the YOR Health products for about a year but never maintained consistency and never worked out. Then, the holidays came and I overate. I began my 8 Week Challenge and when I saw my before photos something inside of me clicked. I needed to change now. I found my workout buddy and we committed to change together. We worked out early in the morning six days a week and I stayed completely committed to my regimen. I found through the entire cycle that progress was rapidly coming, my first week was great, fourth week even better. I am currently 133lbs and I've lost 3 inches from my waist and have better digestion, my skin is tighter and toned, and I have a few packs coming in. I have fallen in love with my body. Today I feel amazing and proud.I didn't think I could make such a drastic change. I realize how important it is having friend on the same journey.
