Before I was introduced to YORHealth I was always a very athletic person. Attending the gym was a hobby of mine and I always took supplements but the results would never give me satisfying results. It turns out that I had a problem digesting protein, thus resulting in uncomfortable bowel movements and with minimal results as I was attending the gym

I remember this one time i was getting out of the shower and i looked in the mirror i realized that i was not happy with how skinny and week i looked and that reflected on the way i felt. Around the same time the Yor Best Body Challenge had been launched. Thanks to the Yor Best Body challenge and the idea of competing against myself and others for prizes it really motivated me to push forward and sign up for the challenge. Thanks to all the instances of a challenge it really motivated me not just to improve my health but to fight to see if I could be at least in the top three Finalists therefore thanks to the Challenge I gain unstoppable motivation to fight for the top three and to improve my health. This time around I was able to gain 5 pounds of muscle mass and I’m happy to say that I am the fittest I have ever been in my life.

Throughout the challenge I took several of the product I would take the super greens and Berry Blast before all my workouts so that I could have the energy to follow through on all my workouts. When I finished exercising I would take the MRP and the essential vitamins in addition to that I was going through a high protein high carb diet after all my meals I will take the digestive enzymes and fiber. On the days that I felt that I overwork my body I would take the repair. I would exercise about six days a week, thanks to the hard work and YOR Health supplements that I took I know i have full control on the way I look and feel on a daily basis. The way the challenge has impacted my life was that I now and feel that I have what it takes to achieve whatever it is I want in life because running a business and working a full-time job would never leave any room for me to pay attention to my physical fitness, but thanks to the products and the challenge it gave me the motivation and energy to make time to get into shape by making time I mean I would wake up at 4 o’clock in the morning every day and still manage to run my business Work my full time job and still have the energy to enjoy my life thank you Yor Health and much thanks to the YOR Best body challenge
