Hola Comunidad YOR
Hoy termino mi 5to reto para reafirmar que el reto se ha convertido en una forma de vida para mí. Estoy muy contenta con mis resultados porque a pesar de que estuve en cama 3 semanas por motivos de salud, mi cuerpo sigue transformándose y el impulso a sentirme mejor estuvo presente en todo momento.
Sigo la rutina de YOR BEST BODY al pie de la letra y la complemento con una hora de ejercicio de lunes a viernes.
Durante estas 8 semanas mi paradigma ha cambiado por completo y el “no se puede” ha sido eliminado. Durante las posadas y fiestas de navidad “si se puede” vivir sano. Este reto entendí que puedo finalizar el año sintiéndome bien conmigo misma y sin remordimientos por que la navidad y las posadas no fueron una excusa de excesos y de sobrepeso. Por lo tanto este año no necesito ponerme como propósito de año nuevo el bajar de peso urgentemente.
Gracias YOR por enseñarme que esta nueva forma de vida donde el bajar de peso no es un propósito de año nuevo sino una realidad que se vive semana a semana.
