I actually never really take a look at the progress I'm making during the 8 week challenge, I usually just save the 'Wow' factor for the end. But with this challenge I didn't need to save it to the end. I noticed throughout the whole challenge my performance constantly improving.

At the start I could barely do 3 pull-ups, and I'm now smashing out 10 pull-ups easily. This doesn't sound like a huge change, but my entire life I could never hit that milestone, and what's more I found it more challenging being on a vegan diet.

But with the Yor products, I took full advantage of the enzymes to make sure I'm absorbing every nutrient I can get my hands on.

I did Calisthenics training 4 times a week, 1 being a more cardio based. The usual regime being a circuit of 8 negative pull-ups, 10 push ups, 10 jumping squats, 10 inverted rows, 10 dips, and 15 leg raises.

I always started my day with some super greens, and berry blast with a drop of the Lime Bare Oils. Straight after a workout I had 1 scoop of the Amino Hydrate. Having 1 Yor Probiotic tablet on rising and 2 Yor Repair just before going to sleep.
With every meal I had 1 Yor Digest Ultra and 2 Yor Vitamins.

This is my 3rd completed challenge and I'll gladly say that each one has given me better and better results, whether that be with looking good or performing great.
