En este reto que es mi segundo cambie algunas cosas
Por las mañanas tomaba en ayunas el YOR probioitocs y el YOR repair
Me preparaba un supergreens con un YOR berry
Y este me lo tomaba antes y después del mi clase de pilates que asistía 3 veces por semana

Después del entrenamiento me tomaba mi YOR Shake

A la hora de la comida, me tomaba mis YOR digest
Junto con mi comida balanceada

A las 5-6 de la tarde tomaba alguna fruta para aquello del hambre o volvía a repetir mi supergreens

En la noche 3 de 5 días cenaba mi YOR Shake y de caso contrario una cena balanceada junto con mis YOR digest

En esta época navideña deje de cenar Shakes y pues mi fiel acompañante era mis digest!!!!

El me siento con mucha energía y feliz podías hasta el día de hoy e disfrutado el reto sin t eder que pensar que no podré comer agusto en estas épocas de sembrina!!
