Por una situación de salud ,debido a una caiída la 5a vértebra lumbar oprime el nervio ciático provocando fuertes dolores en la pierna,por tanto por prescripción médica era necesario bajar de peso para ayudar a la columna vertebral.
Inicié el reto de 8 semanas con 62 kilos y el paquete adelgaza , aunque sin poder hacer ejercicio .el día de hoy ya comencé una rutina de caminar media hora diaria , no cumplí mi reto solo bajé 2 kilos de los seis que me propuse sin embargo mi sistema digestivo se ha normalizado aún a pesar de las comidas y cenas que el mes pasado tuve, las píldoras de yor digest son realmente efectivas por lo que me siento satisfecha , continuaré cpn mi reto para alcanzar el peso de 56 kilos
