During this challenge I have stayed at a consistent weight of 82kg. At first I was disappointed to see no difference in my weight on the scales. But I have had friends, family and a health professional express the difference they can see in my appearance, my face, I fit my clothes better and look healthier.
At the beginning of the challenge I was not very physically active but this picked up in the later weeks. Some weeks I was going to the gym every day and sometimes twice a day. Going to the gym became a regular activity in my life.
I use the repair, slim, digest, probiotic, super greens, berry blast, and fibre. Every morning when I get up I would have a repair and probiotic. Following with a berry blast, super greens and fibre shake before breakfast. Breakfast was commonly avocado on toast. I would take the slim before planned meals and then the digest during and after meals. I would have another super greens, berry blast, and fibre shake in the late afternoon. I took extra repairs when I felt needed after a big workout. I would typically eat mostly raw foods throughout the day and a cooked dinner at night.
Joining the Yor Best Body 8 Week Challenge has assisted me in being accountable. It has kept me motivated and reminded me of my diet, body and lifestyle goals. I look forward to joining another 8 week challenge and doing even better.
