Hi Im Kim, I'm 27 Years old. After having my second child I have found it so hard to loose weight. I've battled with Depression and constantly feel fat and ugly when I look in the mirror.

I've started taking 2 shakes a day with the super greens, fibre & the vanilla meal replacement. I have been taking the digest ultras with my meals and have also just started taking the super slim tablets too.

It hasn't been hard at all and I haven't found myself getting hungry in between meals as I've been snacking on boiled eggs, carrots and celery.

I've been walking with the pram as much as possible too.

Although I haven't lost a huge amount of weight this cycle, I am feeling healthier and have noticed my clothes getting bigger on me which is awesome, so I know it's doing something!

Christmas was the hard part! I think I took a few steps back. I'm going to try harder next cycle and incorporate more excersise as well. Bring in the new year!
