This YOR Best body 8 week challenge was my first one ever.
In my teen years I was competing in taekwondo, training 7 days a week and didn't have to even think about my weight. I then had an accident during a competition and that put me out of taekwondo completely. Being so depressed as I wasn't allowed back after this I gained 10kgs, I was at a point where I didn't care what anyone thought of me or my weight.
I gave birth with my first child at the age of 20 and luckily only gained 3kilos, at the point I was 67kilos and felt disgusting.
I opened up my Bootcamp business but still needed something more to get me on the right track.
I have only been on the products for a few months now and have never felt better! So much more energy then I used to have and I am a much happier person as well.
