I started my challenge and two weeks into it was told I needed major surgery on my foot, A plate and two screws. Non weight bearing for 8 weeks. So no walking and crutches.
I was determined to succeed purely with supplements, nutrition and what workouts I could do. After the surgery they loaded me up on morphine and endone, I was a zombie and mentally dead! So after 2 days I replaced ALL pain killers with essential oils, I used black pepper, frankincense and lavender directly on the foot for the pain 3x a day. I started my day with a berry blast and 3 drops of lemon with water, 2 x Yor Repair, 2x Yor essential Vitamins and 2x Yor Digest ultra. This woke me up and regardless of my injury I felt alive and full of energy.
Breakfast I have Yor super greens, 2x scoops of Yor fibre, eggs , banana and berrys, mixed into a shake.
Before every single meal I have 2x Yor Digest and 1 Yor essential vitamin,
During gym i would have 2 scoops of Yor aminos, immediately following gym I have 2x Yor repair and 2 scoops of Yor meal replacement shake.
