My path to the YOR health 8 week Best Body challenge was probably a lot different then most. I was a photographer at the 2015 Australian YOR Health annual conference. It was such an incredible experience to be part of this life changing event. After hearing the stories and seeing the inspirational results from the 2015 YOR Best Body Champions I knew I just had to join the challenge! A week later a good friend helped me sign up and I ordered the YOR Sculpt set. My main excuse for not exercising in the past had been associated with severe pain I got after training, each time I motivated myself and begin to push myself I felt myself take two steps back. I thought feeling the way I felt was normal. Immediately I noticed a massive difference being on the products. I kept waiting for the pain to hit after training but it never did. I was going longer and harder at the gym but didn't get tired like I used to and I actually started to enjoy training again. I used to drink a lot of energy drinks during the day to get me through but the insane energy boost I got from the YOR products did not even compare. I started my challenge weighing in at 87kg and finished with my weight being 82kg, but my main goal was to drop body fat which I dropped by 4% I am happy with my results but I know this is just the beginning for me. I ordered the sculpt set but used all the YOR health products to achieve my results. I took them as recommended with my YOR repair ultra and YOR probiotics ultra in the morning when I woke up, YOR chocolate & vanilla MRP for breakfast and post training, YOR fiber plus with my morning shake, YOR super greens and YOR Berry Blast mixed pre training and YOR digest ultra and YOR multi vitamins during every meal My favourite product was the YOR repair ultra although I know all the products helped me achieve my results I noticed this eliminated my post training muscle soreness and gave me back my training confidence again. I am so incredibly happy with my results these past 8 weeks. I feel like I have got my health and fitness back on track and being able to share this with other friends also competing has been amazing. I know I can push myself with the YOR Health products andcannot wait to start my next YOR Health 8 week best body challenge so that I can compete in the 2016 Best Body champs!
