Hello Yor Health and Yor best body community.
My name is Te Kapua Murray and I am 19 years old Lifeguarding at Wet'nWild GoldCoast. I like to play a lot of sports, going to the gym and taking my dog out for walks.

The reason for me joining the challenge was because i had to get my body and mind to a healthy and happy state. Although i am a competitive athlete in rugby, i had fallen into belts of depression. Therefore i had lost a lot of peace and happiness in my self. My body became weak and my mind was in a bad state.

Before i started i was skeptical on what improvements i’ll get from the products, and also thought i wasn’t in too bad of a shape. However, with a good diet, bit of discipline and the YOR health products, the results blew me away. I felt i had more energy at work, stayed focused longer and come out with a stronger body and a happier state of mind.

The challenges i had during my 8 week challenge were all the Christmas and New Years festivities. This period brings all the goodies to the table. However, with a bit of controlled indulging and Yor Enzymes i came out just fine.

For my challenge i used the Sculpt pack:
Yor Berry Blast before my morning gym workout, helped me last the hard workouts
Yor Shake After gym, and straight after work because i have long days between meals.
Yor Supergreens after breakfast,but before work done a good trick for my day.

Yor Repair before i sleep and after i wake up, to help with muscle recovery.

A regular workout week would consist of:
4-5 gym sessions
and towards the end of my challenge i started doing sprints again, which i love.

This challenge helped me in many ways. I built better eating, sleeping, working habits. Became happier and better looking haha. But end of the day i enjoyed it and encourage anyone else who is looking to do the 8 week challenge to just do it.
