Well before starting on this 8 week challenge I was at 192 pounds. By being constant in the gym, taking the products I was able to past my goal weight & hit 188 pounds.I made sure I was very constant on the products.I took MRP, which is our 2 meal replacement right after my workout or & while i eat breakfast. After every solid meal i would take a digest ultra which really help my digest system because i was really having a hard to going to the bathroom, so using that really help me to get my gut down. I exercise four days a week because in order to get to your dream body you have to exercise to get there & right after I'm done I'll take a mrp because it the right protein you need which is really good for you. The challenge has have a big impact in my life. It thought me better choices of food. How to take care of my body more. Also it shows belief. If i was able to drop down to 188 pounds & get lean then anybody can do it.
