Empecé el reto con 66.1kg de peso, al terminar pesé 62.1kg (4kg menos), pocos pero buenos para mí ya que es una talla menos y bajé de medidas igual.
Aunque se atravesó diciembre bajé en esas semanas y pues seguiré aún unas semanas mas para llegar a bajar 3kg más.
En las mañanas tomaba Yor probiótics ultra, desayunaba una malteada Yor shake en la mañana y aveces en las noches, en la comida tomaba el Yor digest ultra y en la tarde cuando andaba baja de energías me tomaba el Yor Berry Blast.
Había semanas que hacía ejercicio de spinning o ciclismo de montaña que es cuando bajaba más.
