Ever since I made the decision to change my health for the better, I have never look back. I am so blessed that yor health have enter my life. I was able to changed my health completely.

When I started this challenge, I was 166 lbs and now I am 170lbs. I can't believe just by taking the products and just doing basic work out would give results.

The products I've used mainly in this challenge was the yor shake, super green, fiber, muscle energy, and complete burn.

I eat 3 meals and take 2-3shakes a day, usually 3 hours apart. One in the morning afternoon and evening. And for the shakes, I take them 30 mins before the gym and another one some time after my second meal. At the end of the day, if I am still hungry or anything I would take another shake to avoid late night eating.
