Never any good at filling these things in.

Ive been overweight for many years now, recently my partner and i decided that we needed to do something about our weight, we looked into quite a few products and ended up settling on Yor Health mainly because a friend had used it before and had nothing but good things to say.

Ive been hovering between 130-135kg for many years now, i work 12 hour shit work, combine that with 2 kids and it doesn't leave much time to exercise.

Even during the challenge i didnt have much time to excercise but with my job i walk 20-25km a shift up and down stairs so i do get some physical activity in through that.

When i was on day shift i would wake up at 2:30am, have the Yor Probiotic and the MRP, at 8am i would have the Yor Super Greens (I will add i was not a fan of this drink at all) at Midday i would have another MRP with the Super Slim and Digestive enzymes tablets then at 6pm i would have the super slim and digestive enzymes again with a normal meal. Usually fish or chicken.

When i was on night shift i would wake up around 11am, have the probiotics, super slim and digestive enzymes and eat a normal breakfast (Vita Brits and oats), 3pm just before i left for work i would have the Super Greens, 6pm i would have a MRP with the super slim and digrestive enzymes then at 11pm i would have another MRP.

I didnt loose much weight in the first few weeks, but it seemed to fall off in the 3-4 week mark. The biggest milestone for me was when i dropped below 120 on the scales. I hadnt seen that number on the scales since my teenage years. I was very excited.

Whilst i dont think i will be eligible for the challenge as i didnt read it properly and do the dated photos i will say i have been pleasantly surprised with how my weight loss has gone. Im happy with the YOR products and will continue to use them till i reach my goal of 90.
