Hi everyone! My name is Rose and I love the challenge!

Before the challenge, I worked out 5 days a week for an hour after work. No matter how much I work out, I was not able to get the results I wanted. My mid section was always flabby and I did not feel confident wearing my favorite jeans or dressing up for parties.

My friend introduced me to the challenge and I got started right away. Everyday, I have a shake for breakfast and the berry blast for a mid afternoon pick me up. At night, I take 1 probiotic and one repair. I also love the vitamin! I take it 3 times a day and it helps me with my energy level as well. For every solid meal, I take the digestive ultra.

Now I work out less due to my schedule but I am very happy with my results. Not only did I lose a 10 pounds, but my body is more tone. I have a lot more energy now and I am constantly in a god mood! I feel amazing, confident, and I look forward to get the beach body this summer!
