Firstly, I want to say a massive thank you to Jacqui Rogash for introducing me to YOR Health. I have struggled with my weight for 21 years and I was a bit skeptical initially as I've tried every fad "diet" under the sun. I'd lose some then gain more once I stopped but what I've discovered over the last 8 weeks with YOR Health is that it is a sustainable way of life and I feel fantastic.
This challenge I have achieved a 6kg weight loss which is not huge compared to others but for me it is a great first step in the battle of the bulge and finding my waist again (I've lost 8cm around my waist so far)
When I began this process the most daunting part was taking the before photo as it was very confronting and it did take me a few days to muster up the courage to get it done. Reflecting back on it now it really shows me how unhappy I was. I am only just starting to notice a change in my body but it has me motivated to sign up for another 8 week challenge very soon so watch this space!
My daily routine has become second nature and isn't hard to maintain. I mix the YOR SuperGreens and YOR Berry Blast with water at breakfast time. I do need to admit the first time I made this I just looked at it for a few minutes thinking "what on earth have I signed up for" haha but WOW, it's delicious! An hour before lunch I take a YOR Superslim then have a YOR Vanilla Shake (which is the best tasting shake I have ever tried!), YOR Multi Vitamin and YOR Digest Ultra. I repeat this process for dinner but replace the shake with an actual meal. I have had more energy after work so I stopped making excuses and starting walking every night instead of sitting on the couch feeling sorry for myself or looking into the next quick fix for my weight problem. To close off the day I take 1 YOR Probiotic with a glass of water.
